「Beautiful home that was walking distance from so much on the Northshore! We will be renting this place again very soon! We had such a peaceful stay! This property is a MUST stay!」

「The property was well kept and clean. The TV system is antiquated and does not work well. We had to change rooms upon arrival because the A/C system wasn't working properly in our first room. Additionally, repeatedly we had to get our room key re-coded or replaced multiple times during the week we were there. The Staff said they were having problems with their system, but this was a huge annoyance. Additionally, they were having staffing problems so housekeeping was not reliable/available...

「The property looked well kept. The staff was really friendly. When entering the lobby, it smelled really nice and looked very clean except the carpet. The room that I stayed in was not good. The carpet was very dirty the furniture was very outdated and scratched up really bad. The nightstand lamp was rusted, and the shade was cracked up. 「A highlight of our stay was excellent staff. Amanda was very welcoming and helpful. Gwen and Nikie always provided a great breakfast and morning cheer. 」

「Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. 」

「SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly.」
