Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Served the same thing everyday. Would’ve been nice to mix it up some. Room was sub-par. It felt very damp. Even the carpet felt damp. And our clothes felt damp as well. So very disappointed with that. Other than that it was fine.

Ann at front desk was great.. moved rooms to get all close together.. very friendly and efficient.. night auditor Kim was also wonderful.. helped with restaurant choices in New Orleans and some extras we needed...lady at breakfast Sunday want way above normal to be sure that everything was hot and stocked...property was good, but the staff made it great... The property is in the middle of a remodel, which is needed. The place just feels tired. It was worth the price we paid. It is clean and the breakfast is fine. Staff is nice. Perfectly fine for one or two nights.

If you are into dogs this is the place to be! I counted 7 dogs at check in. Next morning urine was everywhere outside. You had to be careful not to step in it

I was on the runway ready to take off and my flight was cancelled. So I never made it to Dallas. Hotel would not refund even though I had just made the reservation. Not my fault, not the hotels fault BUT it’s crazy they make money for doing nothing.
