「We just got back from our trip, The staff was very nice and helpful, one of the ladies behind the desk went out of the way to help with A/C. They make sure you have towels and clean well!!! Missed having a bathroom in the lobby, where they serve breakfast. There is a musty smell in the halls. And some people are smoking in the elevator. Sad, when you tell them there is a no smoking area at hotel. Would come back, thank you M.L.」

「It is right in a perfect place for the cultural food and traditional houses. The LaLou across the street has amazing breakfasts. Our place is was so clean and cozy. We hope to stay there again soon.」

「They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the housekeeping staff does a very good job. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, the free breakfast was improved to add toaster waffles but there is no protein (but there a Waffle House only steps away). Convenient location to I-10 and to the Slidell Old Town and city center (7-8 minutes away). Good value for the price.」

「前台工作人员服务很好，很礼貌，但是房间的卫生真的是很烂，毛巾，床单，浴巾，床套全部都旧的不能再旧了并且已经发黄快深黄的那种颜色还继续提供给客人使用。床单上被套上还有毛发。」

「We enjoyed our entire stay, but I will say that the woman who was there making sure that breakfast was perfect went above and beyond! It’s driving me crazy that I can’t remember her name but she was over the top pleasant, helpful, had suggestions about different things and wouldn’t let me clean up. She was on top of everything! Thank you for a lovely stay!」
