「Perfect for my solo trip. Location was close to lots of things. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I will book again!」

「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「Fab hotel. Great location, lovely modern spacious rooms and fantastic staff - those at reception and at the bar were awesome. Lovely courtyard to sit in when the weather’s good and you can walk from the hotel to nearly everywhere you want to go. The king beds are big and comfy. Couldn’t fault it. We cancelled the hotel we had booked for the second part of our stay in NOLA and rebooked at this hotel. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Le Pension New Orleans. The property was clean, safe and well maintained. I loved the eclectic decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to NOLA. 」
