The room was clean. The bed was just right for a good nights sleep. It was way too cold to get in the pool, but it was clean. Staff were awesome. There was a glitch with the heating in my initial room, which they resolved quickly by moving me to at different room. The staff made the environment feel like a warm welcoming community. The location is perfect. Put on your walking shoes and hit it!

This hotel has the old feeling of the French quarter but modern amenities. The door had a gap but the lock was secure. We felt safe. The decor was very beautiful. Brett did a great taking care of us through check in to check out. He even helped with our dinner choice and gave a coupon to use.

Clean room looking out on courtyard. very quiet. Front desk was present and attentive. Some hotels in the area wanted you to call when you got to the door. Not here. No fridge but I do not know if they said there would be one. I had brought a cooler and used their ice so it was no problem for me. Definitely come back
