「For being close to Bourbon Street, the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, valet parking price is fair and I had no worries about my vehicle. The bed and pillows were comfortable, I wish they had a mini fridge but overall the stay was perfect.」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「Lovely hotel within walkable distance to the French Quater. Quiet at night which is what we wanted, staying with kids. We did get an upgrade due to problems with our first room. The second room was far nicer with a view. The staff did not hesistate to move us, they were very kind and helpful.」
