Everything was perfect! We came here for Mardi Gras and let me tell you Mardi Gras is at your door step with this hotel!! I had no idea until a few days before arriving but i would book again for that reason alone. We were greeted with wonderful staff they were all very nice and attentive and welcoming. Room was perfect for my friend and i. We walked to bourbon everyday it was a 10-15 minute walk and never felt unsafe at anytime we were there. Would highly recommend!!

The room was spacious and the staff friendly. I liked the location on Lafayette Square in the Central Business District. The balcony was narrow and had no chairs, but that wasn't a major issue for us. It's a short walk to the French Quarter and right along the St. Charles streetcar line. We'd stay here again, and thought it was a good value for the price.

indifferent front desk staff. fire alarm for that went off with for 'testing' with no notification. complimentary luggage storage was a little sketchy. room itself was fine enough, clean enough, though you could hear pipes (when next room was showering, e.g.) and hallway noise. you get what you pay for - and it was not awful for the price, but temper you expectations

The room were neglected, parts of carpet missing, spider webs, the toilet water ran, the bathtub leaked. The weather was cold and you could feed it super drafty even through the curtains they put bev3ause the balcony doors were so uneven. We got an email saying a fire alarm maintenance would begin 8-9 am the next day, mind you this was less then 12 hr notice. Then they never came, the front desk didnt know what time they would come into our room. So at any point they were in our room and we didnt know it. The good: Overall good location

El personal es muy amable atendiendo. El problema surgió por la cancelación de nuestro viaje debido a la alerta de nieve. Como la opción escogida en la reserva era " no reembolsable", el hotel no quiso colaborar. No devolviendo el dinero, que lo entiendo, sino con tal vez un bono para otra ocasión, dado que la cancelación no fue nuestra responsabilidad. Me parece que no es una buena política de empresa.

The stay was great but the digital check in was a pain. I was travelling and trying to use my phone to get the door code and room assignment which involves switching screens to retrieve 4 digit codes and multiple emails with the “team”. Only to arrive and find there is someone on the reception desk and the front door was open and the valet was right there at the front door…the whole thing needs a revamp. Really a pain.
