「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「This was such. great stay at a lovely, charming, quirky and historic hotel. It is in the heart of things, and handy for all NOLA highlights, but is still quiet and peaceful. Beautiful architecture, meandering passageways and interior courtyard with fountain, and a real sense of history. The staff are all lovely and Perry was a blast on the front office. I loved it so much. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in New Orleans!」

「I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! 「Absolutely phenomenal service. Expedia did me dirty and let me think I was checked in without calling them. I arrived and they quickly found me a room with almost no trouble. The location is amazing, just close enough to the French Quarter and the River to be a quick walk, but not so close that you're worried about the revelers on Burbon wandering over and making noise.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
