「They gave me a room with extreme moisture issues, mold and mildew. The room was out of order and they put us in it anyway.」

「The property was absolutely disgusting. The first room was so mildew and damp that the bedding was wet. We put a paper towel against the bedding and the paper towel came back wet. The front desk girl was nice and felt bad and then we tried another room and the stench of animal urine was so strong. It burned her eyes so we left. It was also a very unsafe feeling」

「Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

「Well the good. The girls working the front desk were awesome, very nice gals. Thevgal in housekeeping very nice as well as the guy helping. The property and elevator was disgusting. People staying there very nice. The office area was clean.The room needed to be power cleaned tub was disgusting full of mildew. Under bed hadn't been swept or mopped in a very long time. If they want to buy all these hotels, either hire enough help or start cleaning this is the United Stayes not India. Some of them...

「Very attentive staff from the receptionist to the the janitor, very clean on the inside and outside, breakfast is to die for and mk sure to tip the cook bcaz he deserves it.」

「Room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to walk around and play. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very tasteful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is great especially if you have small children being it starts off at 3 ft.」

「Shower Rods and Shower curtain had rust on them. The curtain was stained from the shower rod being full of rust. The Window curtain had stains on the bottom file if the room had flooded but we were on the 2nd floor.」

「The condo was in excellent condition, everything was as described and we enjoyed the time away, the pool was amazing and the place was clean and comfy. Will recommend anyone looking for a getaway on the Coast to stay at this condo.」

「This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly.」
