"We had hoped there would have been an easier access to the Smoothie King Center. We stayed there because of my husbands recent hip surgery. We remembered walking out a back entrance in the past. Thus time, we had to walk all around. "

"I didn't give five stars for cleaning because there were some food stuffs like maybe dried rice around the elevator trash can area on the 21st floor that was there for 3 to 4 days. It was still there when I left. Everything else was excellent. The service was great. The person that checked me out I think his name is Rintendo was excellent. Also the fellow that checked me in was excellent as well. I don't remember his name but he has a hairband that pulls his hair back and he has an olive complexion. "
