「The staff were amazing and made the stay all the better」

「Wonderful facility great staff. We had one small problem with one of our lunch reservations. The manager came out and fixed the issue and personally walked us to our table. Absolutely impeccable service.」

「Beautiful hotel, great staff, little bar area, and french toast restaurant for breakfast was great. Area however is disgusting. I would never stay in the French Quarter again. We were they a few years ago and the area has so deteriorated since then. Lots and lots of homeless living on the streets, sleeping, getting high and defacating. Also spent 1/2 of the morning listening to trash trucks outside our window. Do not stay in this area!」

「Perfect location. Fantastic property. Spent several days here with my son. Easy walk into the quarter. Could not be closer to several outstanding restaurants. Ideal property for time in New Orleans.」
