Perfect check in, great location, quiet pool in the vibrant district. Beds are comfortable, room was clean- staff is exceptional. Hotel is connected to an ice cream shop, bar and restaurant. Walk anywhere and hear music from your balcony. Perfect stay.

Roaches on two different nights. Took pictures and notified bring desk. All the manager could say is that the roaches came from outside and there was nothing they could do other than to move me to another room but no rooms available comparable to mine.

The location is great, right off bourbon street. Walkable to just about anything in the French quarter and just outside of it. I felt safe day or night. THE COURTYARD IS MAGICAL. Definitely a selling point. It’s quiet and gives a jungle oasis vibe. Nice clean pool. Towels avail to help yourself. Ashtrays on the tables for smoking needs. Good tunes out there. The cafe that’s connected it AWESOME. Perfect for getting a coffee and some Pastries to start the day. The coffee was delicious along with their croissants and danishes (that is what I tried). Reasonable prices. The bar which is also connected, has good food but pricier. The elevator was often out of service so we had to use the service elevator. Not bad/ My biggest complaint is with the staff. My sister called and tried to have champagne sent to my room because it was my birthday. Simple enough. Well staff seemed to be confused or incompetent when she was asking. They said they could but not from her/ has to be from hotel. She was bummed because she wanted it to be a gift from her. She said it was quite difficult and frustrating getting that squared away. Next day, no champagne. So I asked about it that night… she didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to ask her to just check if something was written down. She seemed hesitant and unsure. Finally she says ok yea they will bring it tomorrow @12 12:30 rolls around next day… nothing. 1pm I finally called & had to ask them to bring it to the room.

I recently stayed at Hotel St. Marie in the heart of the French Quarter, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The location is perfect for exploring New Orleans, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Keisha P, the front desk manager, who was an absolute lifesaver when we ran into an issue with a tow truck blocking the valet parking area. She handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with a smile—turning what could have been a frustrating moment into a seamless one. Keisha’s calm demeanor and proactive attitude reflect the high level of hospitality that Hotel St. Marie is known. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and efficient, but she nailed it!!! I highly recommend making Hotel St. Marie your home base. Thanks again to Keisha and the entire team for making our stay memorable! Best, Justin A
