「The staff was very nice and the room was like a mini apartment. Fantastic time over all.」

「The room had a few spots from water damage in the bathroom loved the shower. They have a sign out front claiming microwave and refrigerator in room we didn’t have one. The pool was closed. 」

「HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights...

「No kitchen in my room I did have to wait about an hr for my room the lady was very friendly gave me a goodie bag water and Cheese it's but I feel if check-in starts at 3 I shouldn't have to wait on housekeeping who was in the hall by my room on her phone. Housekeeping the next morning was excellent very professional prompt all in all a wonderful place I will definitely stay again 」

「Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. 」

「The room was nasty, we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. The bathroom sink was so dirty that the disinfectant wipe came out almoust black with hair all over it. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. After seeing the room i refused to go eat breakfast, during check out the gentlemen could not give me a receipt and he was in charge of the hotal at that time walking around barefoot and having in nasty feet on the lobby furniture, hope he didn't help prepare...
