"OMG, one of my best stays in NOLA. The staff at this Hotel was excellent. The one who stands out was Joseph. He was so helpful and just genuinely kind. I doubled book and he straightened it out for me. I also have to give a shout out to Ms. Virginia. I would definitely book here again. Very convenient to everything as well."

"Loved our poolside room. Did not utilize restaurant. Lady at check in on Tuesday was delightful. Bed was good, but pillows were too ‘fat’ would have liked a smaller option."

"Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, but the hallway needs more frequent cleaning. My room was next to a water heater which sometimes made noise, but we got it attenuated with the AC unit running. The bathroom fan extractor was sometimes very loud. The TV turned on randomly and as a result we unplugged it at night. The AC unit was under the curtain resulting in a shorter curtain that did not darken the room well. The location was great and surprisingly quiet. Parking spots are limited and very compact including for a standard sedan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. "
