Overall I wouldn't come back, unless at a significant discount.
Front desk experiences were sometimes good, sometimes not good. Room service was mostly not very thorough, not sure if they're being rushed or just dont care
.. literally left a bag of trash in our sink one day, burst into the room without permission another time when we didn't answer fast enough.
Lots of good encounters with kind staff, but lots of requests (often repeated) that went unanswered. Was told listed amenities like slippers and robes were "being phased out", and at $300 US a night (with a supposed discount) that doesn't cut it. They did eventually provide both but why should I beg for something you're advertising? Grateful they were able to join our pre-booked trip with the extra night we added on Expedia though, as they initially said we would have to check out and back in. They could have made us do that and I appreciate them working around it. Just don't feel like I got an experience worth what I paid.
