"This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I will say that they advertise an airport shuttle, and I don’t know if it was just when I was there or not, but they didn’t actually have a shuttle and instead called me a Lyft both for my ride to the hotel and back to the airport. Essentially the same service, but if that makes a difference for you specifically."

"Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. 20 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the front desk to check in. Get to the room and they haven’t paid their COX cable bill, so no TV. Try to turn on the lights, and because they purchased cheap lightbulbs and put them in dimmable lights. Only one light works, the others just flash. Had only planned to stay there to get some quick sleep, so really could care less about all of that. Went to bed at 9 o’clock, so could get up at 5 am to hit the road. 10 PM fire alarm goes off in the hotel and wakes us up out of a dead sleep. Try to get back to sleep, fire alarm again at 11:55 PM, then again at 12:35 AM. Got zero sleep that night. Went to take a shower the next morning and water is pouring out of the ceiling over the shower. Go to report these issues to the front desk, again wait 10 minutes before somebody shows up to the desk. Contacted Expedia regarding this, and they said they would reach out to the hotel. Get a message from Expedia that the hotel declined to do anything about it. Then they have the nerve to send me an email saying hope you enjoyed your stay.Do yourself a favor. This hotel was just purchased to do the bare minimum and extract money from people. When you have major issues, including getting zero sleep and most likely having slept in a room full of mold, thanks to the water pouring out of the ceiling, they refuse to do anything.This hotel should be shut down. Contacting health inspector today."

"The staff were genuinely very helpful and provided excellent service. We were able to park our car for free. Considering the price we paid, it’s hard to complain too much. In my opinion, the hotel management has done the best they can within this budget range, and there were even a few nice little surprises in the room. The room was a bit damp, and the air conditioning was quite noisy other than this staff was so helpful."

"Keep the rooms cleaned regularly and stocked with towels and wash rags. Remember to provide our VIP ACCESS items per check-in without reminder. We have spent consecutive $$ here while we await our home renovations but each time the staff rarely thanks us for our extended stay except Greg and the main hostess in the breakfast area who has short blond hair. Otherwise the pool is nice, grounds are clean and peaceful Dr. Lawrence"
