「This is the perfect property if you are going on a cruise out of New Orleans. Walkable to the cruiseport. Large suite rooms. Great staff. Awesome location in the warehouse disrict close to casino and restaurant. Clean. Will stay again.」

「The casino was okay it was hard to get drinks service when playing casino slot machines and the hotel room that was assigned to us was infested with nets after complaining for two days they finally moved us to another room which was a lot better. We will not stay there again until they update their hotel rooms and cleaning facilities otherwise we had awesome time in New Orleans 」

「The hotel its self was soo pretty and old school NOLA! The room had cathedral ceilings origins old hardwood floors exposed bricks and rustic and clean bathroom. It was in the perfect spot close to pretty much everything, canal street, the river and of course the whole French quarter. We walked everywhere I’m talking 16 miles in 3 days. If you take the airport bus express it drops you off right around the corner. The only negative was that the pillows were very think if you need any kind of neck...

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
