「Once arrived at hotel front desk stated that there was no rooms available at this moment. Mind you I booked this room in advance. Finally once a room was available there was not a one towel in the bathroom. Comforter on bed was stained. Locks on door were halfway broken. 」

「When we check in lady was very helpful she had to which our rooms because there was no hot water the room they gave us had no microwave, no TV. Curtains were messed up refrigerator wasn't working」

「In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.」

「The rooms make you feel like you’re in a motel, with not great privacy, linoleum floors, and fluorescent lighting. But the amenities (cold water to fill up with, a nice pool, plenty of pool towels) are nice and the location is great to enjoy Frenchman street as well as the river walk, French quarter bars and restaurants, etc. Also, every staff member was truly so nice to interact and chat with. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
