「I loved my stay at the hotel the front desk clerk Shontel (I’m not sure if I spelled it right) was so helpful and nice. She provided us with places to go and check out.」

「Couldn’t use toilet. Told staff. They documented it , said they would fix it after the second time of me asking. Never got fixed. Gave us a different room, way smaller than the previous one. No toilet paper, so I took it from the previous room. I couldn’t get an extra blanket, they said they didn’t have anymore. And no one cared to actually tell that maintenance wasn’t even in property on the weekends. So it wouldn’t have been fixed regardless. I don’t know why this hotel was 7.4 stars. I won’t...
