Breakfast was good, and I also liked that coffee and water were available throughout the day. The airport shuttle was very convenient and easily accessible, even for a very early departure. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The only thing that was off is the air conditioner was making a clicking sound in the middle of the night, like a critter was in there otherwise it was a good stay.

Afternoon/night reception was on phone, and barely looked up when we came in & out. One was having a conversation with boyfriend in jail about how she was not going to bail him out. Morning reception was extremely helpful. Pool was closed during my visit, and I would have enjoyed a swim with warm weather. Breakfast & use of coffee station was nice. Reception didn’t have change when I bought from express station.

No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Breakfast just ok, no coffee! Two machines and no coffee, only decaf coffee in my room. Kinda sux. Surprising for Holliday inn.

Room was cleaned and housekeeping refreshed the room while we were out. They cleaned and left a fresh set of towels. Breakfast was decent and upon arrival at check in, warm cookies were given out. Nice pool. Staff was amazing and friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area
