"I didn’t notice a kitchen. My room had a mini Dr and microwave and coffee maker. The fridge froze my food so I just defrosted it in the microwave the next day. We booked this hotel because it was about a 20 minute walk to Tulane university and we found it very pleasant! The parking on site was convenient. The staff were friendly. There are cafes and shops on Freret street just a few minutes walk away. "

"Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are."

"Rooms were very dirty. Hairs all over the place. Toenails on the carpet. Dead bugs off to the side of carpet. Dirty microwave. They have a wasp problem as well. "

"Yes, room was not dusted and cleaned properly. Sheets were old, stained & dirty. Had to go buy my own. I told the front desk and ask for at least a 2 night comp and they wouldn't do anything. So i lost money instead of saving. Microwave didnt work. "
