「Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.」

I would have given 5 stars however I had a towel that had what appeared to be blood on it put in with the clean towels and one of the front desk employees was very rude when I brought it to his attention. The hotel itself is beautiful and I would still stay there again. 」

「Very nice, clean hotel with incredible staff. The only negative, which wasnt even that bad, was the fact that the cleaning staff came around unusually late to clean the room during my stay, close to 4pm. Other than that, not a single complaint」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Greeted us every time we walked past the front desk. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice, with good water pressure. I usually pack my own shampoo, conditioner, etc., but missed getting that in my bag. The amenities were very nice and I was pleasantly surprised. We ate at the restaurant the first night. There was a very limited menu, but what we had was very good, and the fries were amazing. We ordered the turtle cheesecake...
