"first room, on 5th floor was infested with Roaches. Staff was excellent and got us moved the next morning. Location and parking/parking garage were easy and accessible. Second room on the 3rd floor was free of roaches but 80% of the outlets wouldn’t charge our phones. I gave “cleanliness” 2 stars because of the roaches in first room, besides that the rooms were great, and housekeeping was extremely helpful and kind. Kind of expected a room upgrade or some sort of compensation for the roach situation, but none were offered. Would recommend and would stay again, just turn all the lights on before you start unpacking and start settling in. "

"Rooms very comfortable and cean! Staff friendly, courtesy, professional and helpful. Lots of restaurants and a large shopping center right in vicinity; some within walking distance. "

"No indication that it’s an outdoor motel on the website. No help from desk check in on where you have to go (clear across a courtyard to another building), hard bed, paper thin walls, dusky smell, overall old/tired motel feeling. Not a hotel like the dozens of other Country Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at. "

"The entire room was patched up the doors floors, peeling baseboards. It smelled like urine loud air condition limited channel on TV one lock on the doors were so so. I read reviews but those are subjective but in this case they were true. "
