Beds horrible sleep for the weekend, Sharron VERY RUDE, full size beds for adult travelers is pretty insane! Having to roll my luggage and hold that heavy door was quite disturbing. The need an upgrade BADLY! Sharron said she wasn’t cleaning our room or giving us towels

We stayed in Room 227 and the toilet wouldn’t flush all the time. There was water coming up from under the flooring in the bathroom and out into the entrance. We told the staff about it and seemed to not do anything as water kept coming up when the toilet was flushed. We ended up switching rooms after the toilet wouldn’t flush again. There were multiple broke down cars in the parking lot which we have pictures of. There was garbage all over the parking lot. I don’t think we will stay at another one if this is how all of them are.

The room was very comfortable I love a good working heater unit because it was during a cold front, but the only thing about getting on the 4th floor is that the water may not be as hot, but all and all a good experience

My overall experience at the extended stay was an enjoyable one, but for the room itself into 218 it was not enjoyable at all. When I checked in I usually go and check the AC and it did not blow hot air at all. And the room needs to be fumigated because it had roaches. Other than those two issues I usually have an amazing State at the extended stay so hopefully on my next visit it will be addressed thank you.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the space was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The microwave was broken and so was the chair, the bathroom had visible grime. The noise level was unbearable — loud guests, slamming doors, and hallway noise kept me up most of the day becauseI work over nights. The pnly staff person the was pleasant and welcoming was Rena. The other two people were rude and very unwelcoming. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and cleanliness, but this stay failed in every way. I honestly only stayed due to the fact that we were wait for our apartment to be ready so we were short on cash. And i know it would take forever to get a refund to go somewhere else. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly recommend choosing another property if you want a clean, safe, and restful stay.

The first room smelled like smoke although it’s a smoke free facility? The next room smelled like a bad body odor! The telephone was totally broken and the shower was filthy! There were the pots or pans no plates glasses or silverware! When I went to the front desk to enquirer about the lack of cooking supplies, I was told because it was a full house that there wasn’t anything available. The next day I went back to enquirer about the cook supplies again I was given a skillet and two plates two forks and two cups and was told to check back later for any additional items.

They haven't updated this place in decades! The bathroom socket didn't work. The drawer didn't close. There was mold all over the windowsill. It rained and leaked in the room. The remote had no back. The AC blew hot or cold..had to keep switching to get the right temp. Oh and you have to take your own trash out or it's $25 a bag for them to do it! Just go to the one in Kenner.

Lack of coffee creamer. They had flavored...yuck! Dirty rooms. I dropped water when I first walked in, when I dried it up, the towel was grey! Dead roaches in the room. Front desk staff except the Hispanic girl in the morning we're all extremely rude. It rained one right and water poured into our room from the air unit. (We were on a higher floor) Buyer beware. It's cheap for a reason.

It was good. We had to move rooms do to a smoker not following the posted non smoki g signs. We had to move. I have sever asthama & allergy. It shut me down in minuites of being in the room. The front desk handled it quickly . They moved us to a much cleaner room without the cigarette smoke. Good service.
