The room was good, but the air conditioning was a window unit and very noisy.
I didn't like the lack of information about having to re-register, repeating all the information previously entered.
Only then did they send me the code to enter the parking lot.
At that point, I called the phone number, and a young man answered me VERY POORLY. I needed authorization to park in other spaces, as there were none available for the room I indicated.
Only then did I call again, and a young woman helped me.
