We stayed for six days. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and parking was convenient. Breakfast remained disappointing throughout the entire stay. It’s really bad. My room’s shower was problematic, delivering only boiling water without any cold or moderate option. Overall, the visit was okay for the cost, but improved breakfast and repaired showers would have made it quite good.

The pictures online looked good but in person not so much. I would never stay there again. It was very dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns. The room smelled like weed and pine sol.

The hotel looks very different in person than online. The price was also double the normal price which we didn’t realize when booking. There was no hot water, which was a huge part of us booking our stay having come from an area affected by the hurricane. There was no breakfast other than cereal. The room was very unclean with cigarette burns on the bed. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Customer service is horrible the maids are so disrespectful and the front desk is only helping when certain people are there. I’ve been about 3 times and management is terrible with accepting criticism.

We booked two queen beds with a roll in handicap shower when we got there my daughter’s wheelchair would not even fit in the room hardly and the facilities were extremely rundown. The pool was really gross and they were really strict about not letting anybody swim after 6 PM. We stayed there almost a week and I asked the front desk every day if someone would sweep our room and they never once slept in anytime I asked for trash bags or towels I was meant with extreme rudeness the people who own the hotel were kind, but the lady who ran the front desk was hateful. Definitely will not stay here again.

The front desk staff were amazing. The room itself is dated, the bathroom sink clogged every time you use it. There was hair at the bottom or the toilet. Also I believe people live in the hotel as the tenants had a bbq one night. If you need a quick place to stay it will do but nothing more than 1 night.
