「For the price we paid, this place deserves a 5 star! We went not expecting much, as I was looking more for cheap prices than elegance. My fiancé and I had a great stay! The room was clean, it smell nice, everything worked with no problem. Bathroom wasn’t updated but toilet flush and shower had hot water which is all that matters. Breakfast was included and though it’s just a simple breakfast menu, it was nice to have coffee, muffin, cereal, toast and waffles available for free. (We did miss out...

「This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge....

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The staff at this hotel was WONDERFUL! The female bartender, Cindi, James at the front desk, and security officer James. We were at the hotel the same weekend that a fraternity had booked 39 rooms!!! It was truly not an ideal experience because I was there alongside other families for an early volleyball tournament (perhaps book the college kids all in the same wing of the hotel , away from the other guests next time) but the staff truly made the most of a challenging situation and should be...
