The staff were very accommodating with our early arrival and got us right into a room. The lobby was a very pleasant space to hang out in while waiting for the rain to stop. Just sitting and sipping coffee and watching the streetcar go by was so relaxing. The attached Superior Grille was very nice as well, great staff, freshly prepared food and great atmosphere. Loved the whole place and will return.

Room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Love that there's a Mexican restaurant attached to this hotel. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here & we love it! Oh & the free parking is a plus also!

I love having a private and secure parking lot without having to pay extra. The room was very clean and spacious. I love the bed. This was the best night's sleep I have had in a while.. The staff (as always) were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with delicious coffee. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to NOLA.

Wonderful place to stay. Onsite parking was phenomenal. Room was lovely and the bed especially comfortable. Only complaint is that their continental breakfast doesn’t measure up to breakfasts offered by other hotels their size/category. Nonetheless it wouldn’t stop me from staying here, I could happily stay a week.
