「They have very nice spaceous rooms. The room was spotless. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. A generous amount of Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Rooms have mini stove, kitchen with all cups, glasses, silverware, etc. Refrigerator is large. A/C cools us down to 68, the way we like it. Our dog loved the room too. Holiday Inn Express next door has a deal with them and everyone goes there for 5am cold breakfast and 630am hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon...

「Our door had a large gap at the top, the comforter had cigarette burns in them, and there was a water leak from under the sink. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms and he told us “well, it’s an older hotel, what can you expect?”. Our bathroom door did not actually latch close and with four adults sharing a room we had to go on the honor system.」

「The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices.」

「2 of the 4 rooms that we rented were horrible! One hadn’t been cleaned at all at we had to get another one asap. The other one we didn’t notice until it was time to lay down & had to be moved. They had cereal but no milk for breakfast, we’re out of several different juices & other things. Not sure if it was the manager, night shift or day shift clerk but someone stole some of our stuff. (Our guest who had a late night check in) Something was left & that morning when asked about it they said...

「The front desk staff were amazing. The room itself is dated, the bathroom sink clogged every time you use it. There was hair at the bottom or the toilet. Also I believe people live in the hotel as the tenants had a bbq one night. If you need a quick place to stay it will do but nothing more than 1 night.」

「The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

「When we first arrived, we were told that we already checked in hours before our reservations was made. First, there was no record of our reservation… then after looking it up by number they said we were already checked into a room at 1:30pm… we didn’t even book the room until 7pm. Computer issue, maybe? We get a room on the first floor, but it was literally crawling with bugs … we kill three roaches before putting down our bags. Large spiders were in the window. We left them there hoping...
