「The room was under some sort of construction. There was a light fixture randomly laying in the only chair, and more hanging from the walls in the bathroom all over the sink. No electricity in the bathroom at all. Television didn’t work and the smoke detector had been removed. When we asked the front desk for a different room we were told the hotel had no empty room yet we saw several that looked unoccupied hours later when we returned from dinner. We had driven seven hours so had no real other...

「Staff was incredible friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are pet friendly and they do have a dander smell and there were some stains in carpet. Beds were comfy. Rooms needed a little update. Advertised to have free breakfast but its onky M-F one sign saif 4am-6am. If you have kids may need to find alternative like we did for traveling on a weekend. We recommed lil lees it was delicious and afforadable. 」

「Nothing was "wrong". But the whole place was run-down, inside and outside. I know you can't control how the opposite side of the Harvey Canal looks. However, I just don't see how keeping fresh paint on the buildings and boat along with well manicured gardens could cost so much that it is non-existent. 「The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! 」

「Horrible hotel. Rooms are nasty and smelly. Sofa beds are falling apart and terrible for sleeping. Shower is rusty. Room is overall outdated and not worth the price. 」

「Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.」
