En general, la estancia fue excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y todo en perfectas condiciones. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y la señora que lo prepara fue muy amable y atenta. También el personal del turno de la mañana fue muy profesional y agradable. Sin embargo, la experiencia con el personal del turno de noche (alrededor de la 1:00 am) fue muy mala. La persona que nos atendió, al notar que no hablaba inglés, tuvo una actitud grosera y poco profesional. Me aventó la pluma y la hoja para firmar mientras estaba hablando por teléfono, lo cual fue muy incómodo y desagradable. Fue la única parte negativa de una estancia que, fuera de eso, estuvo perfecta.

Not one drink machine on site. Snack bar depleted completely except for a half-dozen products. Television completely unavailable - cable box issues. Staff came to our room at around 9 p.m. to help but was not successful. She then said, "Well you are about to go to sleep aren't you?" When I told her that I was planning to watch tv, she said she would try to find another box and she would call me - that was the last I saw or heard from her. The a/c was terrible. Either hot or freezing all night. I mentioned this to her when she came for tv, but heard no response about that problem.

The stat was great but the door could not lock, the bathroom tub was not up to standard; the sink was cracked. I have photos. Please consider taking the carpet off the floors. I stayed in Baton Rouge at the Holiday Inn Express the day before and the floors were much nicer.

The room was nice but noisy and the staff was excellent. The trash truck takes the trash at 3 in the morning right below this room making sleel very hard. The fire alarms went off and again another night of interupted sleep. I know this isnt normal but it made my 3 days less than desirable.

The front desk staff at this hotel is TOP NOTCH. I fly out of NOLA regularly and always stay at this location and leave my car and take their shuttle. I know my car is safe there and they’re always on time with the shuttle. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
