「Night person was arrogant, Rooms smelled and were dirty. Spiders hanging from ceiling in room and bugs behind the bathroom door on the floor bathroom sink ran all night in off position」

「The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...

「I was very mad at the Hotel and Expedia. I made reservations to stay one night and much to my surprise the Hotel had been over booked and they did not hold and honor my reservation . I had to drive almost 2 hours away from our destination to find a place to stay. The person at the Hotel was on the phone with a personal call when we arrived and made no attempt to help us in anyway. Never again」

「I rented a smoking room and they gave me a non-smoking room so I had to keep going outside to smoke really didn’t like that but I had no choice cause that’s all they had. They gave my room to somebody else.」
