This hotel was completely disgusting! I was put in a room that smelt so horrible and when i turned the a/c on it smelled as if it would blow up! I asked to change rooms they told me an hour then 2 hours then another hour! I fall asleep and they assign another guest to my room with me still in it! They opened the door while i was asleep! This was just the worst experience ILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

The walls of this hotel are like paper!! You hear everyone in the hotel. The air conditioner did not work. Thankfully it was cool out. Decor, furniture and walls are worn and dingy. The 'clean' towels in our bathroom had hair on them. When checking out, the employee was obviously annoyed when i requested a shuttle ride to the airport. After riding in the rickety van, i would have felt safer in a cab! Theres absolutely nothing around this hotel, its surrounded by industrial area. If you need to be in this area, choose the Holiday Inn Express across the street!!

At first glance , it look fine. I have videos and pictures to explain all that. But what really pissed me off was the dog being allowed in the breakfast area. And no it was not a service dog.
