I booked the privilege room, it offers wonderful lake view, a huge plus if you are on the higher floor! Also, all drinks in the mini bar are complimentary, staff is also very friendly. "Comfortable hotel, very clean & nice room with comfortable bed & pillows, nice shower, lots of English TV channels, kettle in room & coffee & tea bags every day, excellent for the airport with free shuttle every 10 minutes & excellent for the city centre with bus stop a short walk away & buses every 10 minutes, swiss travel card from the hotel so no need to pay extra for city hotels when you can travel for free. Loved this hotel & can't wait to come back. "

"The hotel is ideally situated. A 5min walk from the rail station. There are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The main part of Geneva is no more than a 10min stroll. If we return to Geneva, we would definitely stay there again. Very much recommend."
