"We loved our stay at the Pontchartrain Hotel. The friendly staff really made our experience, but the rooms are comfortable and clean, with large bathrooms. We also loved the rooftop bar and the food was great. Wish we had more time to use the streetcar to tour the area; the brief time we rode it, it was a fun way to see the area."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Dew Drop Inn!! Staff greeted us by name upon arriving to the front desk. We were given some wonderful history on the building, and were elated to find out that there is a consistent live stream of the music venue downstairs! We stayed in the Allen Toussaint room. The room was very unique, clean, and gave some amazing info about the person in which the room was named after. We had an awesome view of the street and access to a shared balcony through the main...

"The public gathering areas were wonderful!! Such fun creative decor. Our room was small and comfortable. It was a bit noisy until about midnight. It was very dark in room. I would suggest better lighting. "
