THIS STAY WAS SUPERB, The entire staff were so nice, was greeted with a smile the entire stay, we loved everything about them. The inn itself was so homie and personal, so different from our usual stays at hotels, was very low key, quite and clean. Also the area is excellent, walking distance for all the things we wanted to do, even parking was convenient, Just think The staff for everything, for the anniversary setup, just thankful for a great anniversary weekend you guys helped enjoy 💙

Property location is within walking distance to the Superdome. Cable car stops right across the street providing easy access to the insanity on Bourbon Street, and a few blocks from the sanity of Magazine Steet. Room was very comfortable and staff was very informative.

Loved the location and the renovations that the property made. The rooms were clean and well designed except for the bathrooms in the two rooms our group had. Additional hooks would be helpful, as well as more space to set things on or above the sink and something to put soap and shampoo in, in the shower would be more convenient. Otherwise the staff were great and brought our luggage up when we arrived and always responded quickly to requests for additional items like paper products, towels and blankets. Would definitely stay there again! Was VERY convenient on the St. Charles street car line with stops right out front. Buy the Jazzy Pass if you stay here!

My room wasn't ready by 4 pm and I was exhausted. The staff was kind enough to make a coffee for me but I found it unacceptable that at 4 pm my room wasn't ready. Also the toilet in my room randomly ran all night which disturbed my sleep. Finally, upon check out I was informed I owed 1.83 booking fee. This was annoying considering my room wasn't ready on time and the toilet ran all night. They really could have comped that.

The Carriage House was beautiful! Our room was lovely and very clean. It’s on St, Charles and has a streetcar stop right in front of the building, which made it convenient to explore the city. We were able to get streetcar passes directly from the front desk, which was super helpful. It’s also close to Magazine Street where there is wonderful shopping, and there are some restaurants close by as well. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and they were able to store our luggage for us while we explored New Orleans. They called us in the afternoon when our room was ready, and even placed our luggage in the room for us. One of the things we found quirky, was the bathroom light never turned off, so we just closed the door, which was not a problem. This hotel seems to be newly renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Air conditioner vent was broke and kept falling to point down. The bed was like 4' off the ground and for a short person it was challenging to get in and out especially in the middle of the night. Someone was knocking on our door at 2 am but when we opened to see nobody was there
