DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The reviews from a year ago still stand true today. Soon as you walk in you're hit with smell of wet carpet and mildew. The guy at the front desk was visibly frustrated and upset. Very unprofessional. When yoy check in apparently he texts your information to the manager so he can check you in from wherever he may be. My room did not have a microwave. TV didnt work. One set of towels. When I asked for more I was told their was only 1 towel available. I witnessed multiple guests leave for various reasons. At least 3 couples left because the door to their room either wouldnt lock or wouldnt close. My room key didnt work even after going downstairs 3 times to get a new one. The door had to be opened manually. The sheets were smelly. The mattress seemed like it was 30 years old. Overall out of 5, I would give this buisness a -3. Worst experience at a hotel PERIOD!! No coffee at breakfast in the morning. No juice. Only cereal and waffles. After traveling 8 hours this is not what I expected from a Choice brand hotel. Never staying here again. And you shouldn't either.

I paid for a KING sized bed, and got 2 full instead. The faucet handle broke and the key card took 30 minutes or more to work. However, the front desk employee named ANNA, was always EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY!! I would go back JUST FOR HER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I got 2 rooms on 3 and 4 floor and lift was not working. When we reach room card key is not working. 4 floor there is no hot water. Breakfast included but in breakfast curd and only bread. One staff person managing front desk, card key not working issue, managing inventory of breakfast.

They tried to offer us a room where the key card didn’t work and said that we would have to ask the front desk to open up the door every time we need to enter. Then the bathroom floor was slippery which is a hazard within itself and the shower was wet as if someone had stayed in the same room like 10 minutes ago and on top of that there were no towels and we asked twice when we checked in and before getting ready for check out! We asked in the morning for towels before check out and there were still no towels available we had to dry off with HAND TOWELS!! Along with that a lady had a really bad interaction prior to us checking out when she was trying to check in and gave her a disgusting room for her and her son. Will not stay here ever again the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and that’s saying a lot with us being military because we have stayed in worse conditions. 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Breakfast was lacking. Only a little food brought out at a time. Coffee machine not working a couole days. The hotel rooms need work. Several other people experienced the same thing. Tvs not working, door locks not working and the list goes on. Found a big cockroachin the room. (Only one so it may have been rare) Service staff was good. We were told the hotel is going to be going through renovations so I think things are be neglected. Location was good. Safe area.

El día que llegamos estaban arrestando a una persona en la puerta del hotel. Los vendedores ambulantes entraban como en su casa. Nos tocaron unos vecinos que todos los días peleaban y tiraban basura y ropa en los pasillos. No funcionó el agua caliente de la regadera y la solución fue que nos bañaramos con el agua del lavabo.

I stafrom a Friday through a Tuesday and the housekeeping never cleaned my room. After the first day, I gave it a pass and got fresh towels from the front desk. The stay was okay, considering the area. I wouldnt stay here again unless I had to. Staff in the morning/ afternoon time was better trained to me. Chose not to eat breakfast based on personal observations, but thats just me.
