「Very nice stay」

「Pros: Room was very nice. Completely unexpected. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We really had a great time. Food was better than expected. Cons: Pool area was not as nice as hoped for. Aged and cheap chairs. But the beach was amazing. Parking is horrible as stated in other reviews. But its truly the only bad thing about the property. Overall very good experience. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.」

「We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. 「We were on the 6th floor fortunately high enough to where we could see around the buildings in front of our building that we were told was oceanfront. The lazy river and pool were nice and it is easy access to the beach. We utilized John’s to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The room was in good condition. 「The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!」

「The building is OLD! The water pressure in the bathroom had you waiting and flushing several times. Needed new coating of paint. Otherwise it was clean. Early check-in didn’t exist and we were told that regular check in a 4:00 was NOT guaranteed. I don’t think they had enough staff to clean the rooms. 「The outdoor pool area was disgusting; many dirty diapers around the chairs and on the ground around the lazy river, nasty paper towels or some type of decaying paper products floating in the water and around the outer edges. My young children were even grossed out by it and no one would go in. When bringing it to the front desks attention, nothing was done other than telling us no one was as onsite to look. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building.
