Beautiful oceanfront suite. Kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people although it was just me and my husband. Pools, hottub and lazy river were clean with plenty of space for guest during our stay. Elevator ran great, arrived in a timely fashion which I appreciated.

The listing on the property said breakfast serve daily. There was no breakfast at all. They charged me an extra $49 when it was supposed to be included in the cost, the sauna was closed was not listed on here. The pools were nice. Hotel was nice. It was not satisfied. Didn’t get all that I wanted. It said it on the listings but when we got there, it was not on the listings. The lady said they never have breakfast and told me it was not on a website and I showed that it was front desk was nasty people.

The room was clean, check in a breeze. Outdoor pools were great. The dishwasher wasn't usable because it doesn't close. No big deal we just hand washed what we used. It would be helpful to let people know where to put towels and trash as part of check out procedure. They have a laundry shoot and trash shoot. Pretty cool tho. We would definitely rent again.

Very poorly run. Staff didn't want to tell us about the parking issue. Run down, some of the condos need an update. Wasn't worth it!

Well to start the indoor pool and hot tubs were closed for remodeling. No mention on Expedia site. The front desk clerk could not answer a simple question: What are the restaurant’s hours? I was advised to go to the resort next door for food. The first night, it was cold. I requested a blanket. After a several minutes wait on phone, I had to go down to the desk to get the extra blanket-it was not delivered. Overall poor stay. We left a day early.

When we first arrived on the property, there was a line of people checking in. The staff handled each customer with care and patience, and even went the extra mile when their systems shut down due to high traffic from bookings. When software crashed, they got on phones to call managers and staff to confirm rooms were clean/ready and/or get an estimate of availability. We ended up booking a second night because we were so impressed and our children were having such a blast. There was something for everyone at this resort - 3 pools, a hot tub, walkway to the beach, hammocks, food, bar, karaoke, arcade, lazy river.. it was never ending fun. I have never been to Myrtle and we enjoyed every second. I have never seen such an organized family oriented resort. Most places are overcrowded and unable to accommodate their visitors. The grounds and rooms were immaculate. There was ample seating outside from lounge chairs to tables to rockers. The resort is also ADA accessible, which is so important. We will be back!

The room needs to be updated with better furniture not necessarily new but better, dust all on the vents. One of the vents didn't even have a cover. The kitchen table is an old wooden table which is peeling/ripping apart. Not worth the price, thats all I'm saying. Some.of the other amenities waa good though. Check in was easy, juat all the fees they have. Insurance on the property isnt an option. Either this price () nonrefundable or a higher price which is refundable within 7-10 business days! Then there was the parking garage which all Suvs & trucks had to park on the first floor. That wasn't a problem. The problem was on our last night, we went out for dinner late & came back there was no parking available at all for our pickup truck, we waited 35mins. We had to park our truck down to another location, risking our vehicle to get towed. They told us to go there because parking is free between 12am-9am. Seriously a mess!!!!!!! Not a great experience. We came inside & went straight to the front desk and asked for a refund because we paid for parking on this property not no one else's property. We were told to talk to someone in the morning for the redund. I came here to relax but left there frustrated.
