「Terrible experience. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and bedding was unacceptable. I canceled immediately at check-in, and staff promised a full refund and said they contacted the property and Expedia. Since then, no refund and no one has reached out. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Highly disappointed.」

The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home.」

Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! 」

「Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. 「We needed a place to stay for one night and the room was very clean staff was friendly and welcoming and its beach front. Parking is convenient and you are close to all the shops and restaurants. 」

「No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off.」
