「Good love near CCU」

「Employees were great. Room was dated, needs updating. Mirror was taken off the bathroom door and metal was left on( not good) remote had no back to cover batteries, room was dirty in spots and the microwave and coffee pot were not used not really clean,towels were kind of stiff, had a vent in the bathroom but no fan. For the price it was a good stay though」

「Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. 」

「This property had alot of imperfections that could've been better like the floors not clean, side if refrigerator dirty, walls dirty and repairs needed and painting. The furniture had flows and the dinette table chairs material very dirty I just put towels on the ones we sat on to feel comfortable. Most importantly the linen all had old stains so we felt alittle uncomfortable. The location and amenities were good. Just recommend repairs, clean unstain linen and floors cleaner and this place can...

「The room was amazing, and the staff was above and beyond when it came to accommodating me ( with a service animal) and my husband ( who is in a power wheelchair) and making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thanks goes out to the bell staff for being awesome!!」

「The staff was very professional and helpful as I had to hide three different layovers and they were understanding and patient. I enjoyed the breakfast and their staff was very attentive as well. I have one feedback about one of the rooms that had two queen beds. I'm not sure but the scent in the pillows smell a bit like cigarette smoke.」
