「Clean room. Friendly staff.」

「Nancy, the girl at the front desk, is very rude; she kept asking me what time I was going to arrive to check in because she had to close. Honestly, I don't like her attitude at all—this is the first and last time I stay at that hotel.」

「Was not happy there was an additional $10 fee for admin when we got there. But later when I checked my bill that $10 was reflected there. So that made me feel better. The man who checked us in, not very welcoming. This room was NOT a $200 a night room. The bed was so close to the bathroom you couldn’t open the door. The soap smells AWFUL, there was NO smoke alarm, room was REALLY tiny. Beds were ok. Pillows flat & hard. Was good enough for a one night stay I guess.」

「The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale」

「Great location. Quiet rooms close to all the Broadway amenities and activities and less than 10 minutes from the ocean. Room was extremely comfortable and staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast crew were awesome. We stayed one night. Located right across from Broadway on the Beach, it was easy to drive over and park next to The Ripley’s Aquarium. We went to the Paula Dean Restaurant that we do not recommend-mediocre food that was not worth the price. Good accommodations and reasonable price, definitely recommend the hotel.」

「Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!」
