「We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). 「Clean room, Staff was great!! Laurie was extremely helpful at the front desk when my husband left his cell phone. She had it overnighted the next day! Tim at the Tiki Bar was very nice and a breath of fresh air!! We will be back!!」

「There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. 「 Although the person at check-in was very cordial and helpful, she didn't seem interested in getting me help with my luggage. I'm a senior citizen on a cane and her answer to my inquiry about a baggage cart was that they must have been in use. In other hotels, a worker was called to help me. I was not encouraged partake of breakfast during the 5 days that I stayed. Also, I was never asked if I were an honors member. No nice bottles of water were offered as has happened in other Hilton...
