「Outdoor pool and lazy river are nice. I have never seen such a dirty indoor pool. I told the person at the desk the pool was dirty and she said “They just cleaned the decks.” They do not have any maid service no matter how long you stay.. you have to carry dirty towels to desk to trade for clean towels. They do not provide additional toilet paper or trash bags. You have to sit your trash out in hallway bins before you leave or you will be charged. Blow dryer on wall does not work, safe in...

「The elevators and hallways were extremely hot! The balcony’s overlooked each other so no privacy. No tub in the room just shower. No staff available to answer questions just security guard. Read many reviews about the security guard being rude but we had different experience. We did love the many pools they had!! The parking garage is across the street.
