「Sea crest is an absolute nice place for family to have the best vacation ever. Very clean and very helpful employees. Everything was exceptionally great. The only thing I didn't like was I booked for the small side and had to walk 3 flights of stairs. Next time I'll definitely book for the tower side where there's an elevator. The stay was perfect other than the stairs. We had a totally blast here.」

「First, I was under the impression that the waterpark would be attached to the hotel but i had to play Blues Clues to find it. Second, the hallways were dingy, the ice maker didnt work and my room door didnt close on its own. I had to force it closed. I called the front desk to get my room cleaned, the hotel next door answered and had to transfer me to my hotel I was staying in. 「The elevators and hallways were extremely hot! The balcony’s overlooked each other so no privacy. No tub in the room just shower. No staff available to answer questions just security guard. Read many reviews about the security guard being rude but we had different experience. We did love the many pools they had!! The parking garage is across the street.
