「Stayed one nine very nice place , clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste they gave me a complimentary one. Thank you for that.」

「The hotel overall was filthy. All floors, windows, hall furniture and common areas were in need of a deep and thorough clean. The pool was more green and did not appear clean. All wallpaper was rippled, peeling, or stained. The doors had dents all up and down them. The breakfast nook was dirty. There was hair in both beds. The bathtub needed a deep scrub or replacement.
