「The room was very clean and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, the area was well-lit and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. 」

「Beware of Strict Management at this property! I witnessed 3 families get removed or asked to leave property and one the lady manager called sheriff to get them out All because they had over the 4 people max per room!! (I know one family had 6 but it was children also) I heard her say it was a fire hazard and she would refund their money. I just felt the manager was over worked and overly watching cameras and harassing guest. I had two rooms for 7 people but I felt bad for those families. 」

「I am extremely disappointed with this property. The entire building had a strong mold and mildew smell, and the carpets were visibly stained, making the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable. Our bathroom door handle was broken, and although we were told maintenance would return after hours to fix both the issue and address the smell, nothing was resolved. 「Beach view was a partial view. I thought it was a full view. :( room had no shower curtain or bath plug. Not enough blankets. I had to ask twice then was sent a maintenance man for the tub after 9:30pm and was trying to sleep. Room was noisy by the elevator. Not very nice when I asked for a 1:30 check out due to our flights. 」

「No pool to enjoyed it was closed. The refrigerator was not working properly, not cold only freezer. Bathroom door damaged. Place was not cleaned. Staff very nice and friendly. 」

「Property under construction, our room had some damage in it and we were there for 5/6 nights/days. Kitchenette is a nice touch and the beds are comfortable. Shower was horrible and water pressure not good. No housekeeping for the whole time. No way to call front desk. Wasn’t able to get an automated wake up call and the woman working the night shift fell asleep herself as I woke her up on checking out.
