「Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.」

「Too expensive Noisy Not very clean People a few doors down were extremely noisy at night sometimes at 2 or 3:00 AM. They were slamming the door and yelling and carrying on. Called the front desk and they came and told them to be respectful and to keep it down. As soon as the staff left, they started all over again. When we asked for towels we were told that they would bring them to the room but never did. The water in the pool was so cloudy we couldn’t go in it!」

「The resort had absolutely everything we needed! Didn't have to leave during our stay! The rooms were comfortable and provided a nice place to relax to catch our breath. Lots of things to do for the lil kiddos!」
