「I would not recommend staying here with children..room out dated n old smells tricky , bathroom dirty,stains, and sticky, toilet have scratches and stains, wash sink rustic and has an odors , pool dirty ,hair floating no smell of chlorine, arcade closed at 7pm, lazy river shorts, water park ok ,lots of seating in the pools area, receptionist rude and un professional, beach lovely, for a beach front hotel the need to do better, they houses keeping used a shopping carts as a cleaning cart 😀...

「When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. Told 2 managers and and heard nothing , when i finally confronted one she blew it off saying he...

「Kiddie pool area was closed so the stay was useless and a waste because the only reason I booked was to enjoy the amenities that was supposedly offered for kids. I was told by staff area gas been closed for 2 months and on top of that only one hot tub available that isnt out of order out of 3.」

「Well to start the indoor pool and hot tubs were closed for remodeling. No mention on Expedia site. The front desk clerk could not answer a simple question: What are the restaurant’s hours? I was advised to go to the resort next door for food. The first night, it was cold. I requested a blanket. After a several minutes wait on phone, I had to go down to the desk to get the extra blanket-it was not delivered. Overall poor stay. We left a day early. 」
