Great place and location. Clean! You can easily walk to grocery store, breakfast, broadway at the beach. We Found out when we got there that the kids pool, water slide, and hot tub was under maintenance. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time when booking, however it did not affect us much since plenty of other activities available. Our stay was wonderful!

My family of 4 stayed here from a Tues-Sat. My 2 children loved the resort! It was a nice size resort and walking distance to the amenities. Definitely a family resort, or for couples and singles. We met a lot of people visiting. there were 3 pools and a few hot tubs. I would suggest bringing your own donut for the poo and they have a air pump by pool area. There is also an indoor pool thats connected to the outdoor pool! The kids loved swimming through both. A huge plus were the pool hours-they closed at 11pm! My kids are 11 and 13, so after dinner a night swim was a great option and something to do before bed. They also had a basketball court, etc which was great because my son is obsessed with bball. A quick shower and dip in the pool was the perfect afternoon for him. There was a bar and food options in pool area but we didn't use. The room was a great size, neat and clean. The screened in patio was perfect. Very close to a lot of stores and shops. We also did the villa tour with Clayton, he did not try to oversell anything and there was no pressure. We highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Check it out!

The resort itself if beautiful - two pools, lazy river, tennis court, shuffle board court, basketball court, mini golf course. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Resort has gated security. It is a cashless facility (credit/debit or room charge only), so be aware of that. The one fee that is buried WAY in the fine print is that when you rent from a third party (Expedia, etc) OTHER THAN the vacation week owner, Marriott Vacation Club charges $20-$30 PER DAY, PER VEHICLE for parking for any of their resorts. This added an additional $80 to our cost for our short stay. I may have looked at staying somewhere else if I had known that upfront (who reads through ALL the fine print? Lesson learned for me). We will stay there again (as we have for many years prior) but will probably only rent from a vacation week owner if we have the chance.
