Very clean rooms and on the property grounds. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for families you can do so much right on the grounds. It’s the perfect location between the boardwalk and broadway on the beach and especially Walmart.

This resort is a dream for families! The grounds and amenities are absolutely stunning, our kids loved the pools and we loved the cute cabana bar! If anything I’d say the expensive incidental fee per NIGHT is extremely steep considering neighboring hotels are a flat incidental no matter how long the stay. Other than that, this place is fantastic! We hope to be back next year!

Great place and location. Clean! You can easily walk to grocery store, breakfast, broadway at the beach. We Found out when we got there that the kids pool, water slide, and hot tub was under maintenance. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time when booking, however it did not affect us much since plenty of other activities available. Our stay was wonderful!

Kiddie pool area was closed so the stay was useless and a waste because the only reason I booked was to enjoy the amenities that was supposedly offered for kids. I was told by staff area gas been closed for 2 months and on top of that only one hot tub available that isnt out of order out of 3.
