The location was phenomenal to the beach access and proximity to local attractions. The pricing was very reasonable and felt like a fair value for what was offered. However, the rooms are noticeably outdated, and the furniture and fixtures could use a significant refresh. Even minor updates would go a long way in matching the quality of the location and affordability. Overall, a solid stay with great potential.

For some reason I asked for ocean view and was only given a very low side view! Real close to everything so, park and walk! Police have the area protected. Book and enjoy!

This was our 2nd time staying very nice staff very clean great location for access to the beach ⛱️ we have oceanfront view its breathtaking very nice pools and hottub clean well maintained ony complaint would be the elevators during busy season you wait about 30 min to get from your room down on ground 😀 but other than that i would recommend

2 of the my 3 day stay the room next to me had construction renovations going on at 9/9:30 in the morning which was terrible for a vacation/ birthday celebration. Nevertheless on check out day the housekeepers and the front desk was on point with a wake up call promptly (there were 3 housekeepers when I opened the door felt like I was being attacked by the staff to hurry up and leave!) Very disappointed with my stay this time around. I stay at Bay View because of the Starbucks convenience. Needless to say I didn’t enjoy this stay at all! Starbucks was GREAT!

We had a great stay at Bay View. Located right on the water with beach access, great views. The ocean was a little chilly while we were here but the hotel offered multiple indoor/outdoor pools and spas that the kids absolutely loved. Our room was spacious and perfect for a family of 5 (condo b) and even had a full kitchen to make early morning breakfast all the easier. Our only problem was the plumbing. One of the showers in our unit made an awful knocking sound whenever the hot water turned on but we were told it might be because of the construction. That was going on throughout the building. Other than that we had a great stay and are looking forward to the next time we can visit.

Overall was just fine not really excellent. Just fine for what we paid for. If you just wanna have some place to stay in a tight budget then this is right hotel for you. Room is fine and we really enjoyed the beach view from balcony coz we booked the one that is Ocean front. Starbucks is just beside the building. Garage parking is just 5 mins walk. Lobby, Hallways and elevators are not new and not clean but we will not sleep there anyway so it was just fine. The service is poor so this is not good for many nights stay. We were just glad we only stayed 2 nights. It was a birthday getaway too coz we're from NC so we went out most of the time. Staff are nice but maintainance is poor service too coz we called for some concerns in the room but it took the day after when he went. Tv is not a Smart Tv but no biggie. In general, it was just fine for somebody in a tight budget or somebody just wanna have fun outside the Hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍
