Our room was not very clean when we arrived. We asked staff numerous times for items and it took a few days before we received these items. We did enjoy our view, the pools and the local restaurants.

Stay was in the side building of Sands Ocean Club overlooking the lazy river. Room was very dirty and dated. Previous stays in the main part of the building have been much better than this section. Have stayed many times in the past and this was the worst conditions have seen.

They need to do better on how these rooms looked and it smells like smoke and not all that clean and they need to do better with their customers service so I will never come back here again the only thing is good is the view of the beach with the nice water waves and the patio

Room was dirty, had spills on the floor that I had to clean myself. Had to ask for clean towels multiple times. Chairs on balcony were dirty as well. Parking deck never had parking except on the 5th floor and it was super dark up there and dangerous for kids.
