「One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.」

The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. 「Currently they have no room service if your towels are dirty and you need new ones you need to call down there and tell them that you need them switched and if you do it before four, they may bring them to you. Otherwise you have to take them down to the front desk and switch them yourself. they also charge for parking now and they didn’t used too. Additionally, the safe in our room was not operational. My family has visited this hotel ever since I was a little girl. It’s a shame to see it going...
