「The lazy river and pool area was our favorite part. The music and bar staff were awesome! The property had an elevator that was down often, and the pool had many broken tiles. We had a great time.」

「I have a big family my children are still small. I was searching for a place to stay and of all the choices, I kept coming back to Best Western. I did not regret my choice, the free breakfast was good. the staff was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and the beach view was amazing.」

「The view was lovely and the room was clean, however you had to go get you own clean towels which is no big deal unless they have hair balls on them. Also it would have been nice to know before booking and paying in full you are told a check in there is a 10 dollar a day fee to park at a hotel you are already booked at and paid for. That being said the over flow parking is a dirt lot or across 4 lanes. They should make their employees park there instead of taking up 2 spaces backed in.」

「The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!」

「Absolutely loved this property- it was perfect for a family. We travelled with 6 and it was plenty spacious and so handy to have laundry and full kitchen on site. The golf course is beautiful and the pools were well maintained. Would easily book at this property on an annual basis!」

「Good stay」

「The hotel is very run down. It claims updates, but it’s really just a slap of some paint. The rooms were very moist from the ac units that left everything feeling wet. There were roaches. The shower rod was broken and hanging and they couldn’t fix it, this caused the curtain to continuously fall open. Several of the equipment in the exercise room were broken. It was a very poor experience. Do not recommend.」

「Parking」

「Most of the stay was fine, but there were a few hiccups. I checked in before 4 and was told that I would get a text message once my room was ready. I asked the receptionist if I would get a message despite booking through a third-party app. She said yes. 4 came around. No text. 4:10 came. No text. 4:20 came. No text. So finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if my room was ready. She gave me my room number without acknowledging that I got my room late. I never got the text message...

「The room was okay but a lot smaller than I thought it’d be. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great. Checkout was easy. Beach access was as convenient as it gets For the price it’s not bad but...
