The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.」

「We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. 「Highest price paid ever for 2 nights for way below average hotel. Horrible rip off for the quality of properties, amenities and breakfast. How businesses rip off, this is an example of my stay here. Not recommended」

「I loved the room layout and the great accommodation environment. Being on the 9th floor, the view was amazing! However, there were a few downsides. Parking costs extra, and the indoor pool is tiny and very stuffy because the AC wasn't turned on—quite disappointing when you want to escape the hot sun. The outdoor pool was also a bit dirty, with snack wrappers floating inside and left uncleaned.」
