「I would give the hotel 5 stars but the parking situation was the only thing holding it back… Yes they have enough parking it’s just not on the property and you have to walk back to your hotel.. Other then that love it here… Definitely the lady at the tiki bar her personality was it…」

「The hotel allowed pets and provided breakfast. The room was outdated and not as clean as I would like.」

「It was good for the most part check-in was quick and simple. They are in the process of renovating the majority of the complex. They did have a Tiki bar and small menu to choose from. The Pool close to the bar was the better of the two the other pool appeared a little green and was ready for a renovation. The room was good for a 1 bedroom. There were no smoke Detector's in the room. The patio/balcony was small and a tight fit with the 2 chairs and table looked like it came from Walmart/ Lowe’s...

「Well worth the money」

「Pros: Room was very nice. Completely unexpected. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We really had a great time. Food was better than expected. Cons: Pool area was not as nice as hoped for. Aged and cheap chairs. But the beach was amazing. Parking is horrible as stated in other reviews. But its truly the only bad thing about the property. Overall very good experience. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

「10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!」

「I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others.」

「The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean overall. A/C works great! TV lots of channels bug, and very clear. We did not like the water pressure in the shower and water was not hot. Parking was good. Our overall stay was great! Would stay again.....」
