「I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others.」

「One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.」

「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

「We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. So, at 11:30pm, we had pack up our room, move our car, and go into another room. After checking into the room, I...

「So they didn’t clean my room. They promised me the pool would be open and of course it wasn’t. The front desk guy Alex was drunk and disappeared for hours in the back to drink and his shirt was sopping wet. Overall a terrible experience」

「Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back. The staff were very nice and helpful as well! Just a few small notes, the washer/dryer was out of order in our condo which would have been nice to know prior to staying. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay, it would be helpful to know in advance. Also, the stove light was on saying “service unit.” This isn’t really good either for those staying longer because I wouldn’t trust using it.」
