「We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that...

「We arrived at the property unaware that there would be a parking fee. Since we had two vehicles, this became an unexpected added cost. The room was acceptable but not as clean as expected. 「The room (407 Ocean side) was more than comfortable. The fact there was a fridge, microwave and stove added to the comfort to those (like us) who bring home left-overs. The shower was clean - the property was well maintained and having 2 parking lots was essential for our security. The morning breakfasts were not bad at all and had various things to eat on any given day from eggs to waffles to potatoes (wife said they had a little too much seasoning though - for her) and the meats they offered...

「Specifically chose this location because of the indoor lazy pool and having our granddaughter, who is two with us. We arrived only for the indoor lazy pool, as well as two hot tubs and the main pool being in renovations. I was also chased in the parking lot by a raccoon.」

「We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there...

「Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.」

「The room was ok clean wise but the sheets and blankets had burn holes in them. The sofa cushions had some as well. The sheets on the pull out sofa bed had stains on them. Shower head spayed water out every where. Towels felt like sand paper. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone no matter if it was cheaper than most we found in the area!」
